How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders and/or orders that have custom or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed. Our standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days for the continental United States. 2 Day, 3 Day and Next Day delivery options are also available. Special order products can take 2-3 weeks.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We typically ship via UPS or freight and you will have the option to choose when you check out for the option that best serves your needs.

How are packages shipped?

Most orders are shipped via UPS, and larger orders are shipped freight. We have a minimum order of $750.00 for free freight, orders below this threshold will ship the best way. We currently do not offer to ship on your account, but please contact us if you would like to explore this option.

Do you ship internationally?

We typically do not ship to areas other than the United States as a retailer. We do offer wholesale solutions to companies that wish to resell our products in their native area. Contact us for details about becoming a wholesale account.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer standard payments through PayPal and process our credit card transactions through Stripe. If you prefer we can take credit cards through our website or over the phone. We do accept personal checks if you wish to mail your order, but you must allow 7-10 days for the check to clear before we ship your order. When paying by check or money order please make it payable to Cagal LLC. Business checks are accepted via ACH. Companies with established credit can purchase with a purchase order.

How do I place an Order?

You can shop and place your order by creating an account with us or shopping as a guest. If you have an account with us you can accrue loyalty points toward future purchases and receive discounts and sale notifications. You may also shop at our site and record the items that you would like and mail or fax the order to us.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is placed the turnaround time is very quick so if you need to cancel your order you will need to call us immediately to be sure it is canceled. If you need to change your order the same applies. Once your order has shipped you will be unable to cancel or change the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can order and checkout as a guest, however, we highly recommend you create an account. If you have an account you will be eligible for special sales and discounts, our rewards program, and the ease of reviewing your order history and make defective returns if necessary. Please consider creating an account, it is free and discreet.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow and you can log in to your account and track your order at any time.

How Can I Return a Product?

We have a 14-day return policy for errors in shipping and damaged products. Defective products and warranties are covered by the products' respective manufacturers.  If you do have a product that does not work or is defective in any way, please contact us for a return authorization. Items that are returned for defective will be replaced with another of the same product.

LIABILITY

Hardware Supply and Cagal LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC) hereby state that all products, merchandise and equipment sold and delivered are sold with NO warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness or suitability for a particular purpose. Except Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC shall honor all manufacturer’s warranties, if any, for the replacement of defective products, merchandise or equipment. Such replacement shall be made according to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions and specifications. Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use or inability to use such a product, merchandise or equipment. Seller bears sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the product, equipment or merchandise for its intended use and hereby assumes all risk and liability for its selection and use and agrees to hold Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC harmless therefrom. No modification of this limited warranty shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Cagal LLC.

SHORTAGES

After receiving your order from Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC, please confirm immediately that all items (excluding back ordered items) were received. Cagal LLC will not accept claims for missing merchandise filed over 2 business days after receipt.

STOCKING

Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC can not guarantee that all items listed in this website are always in stock or available. Cagal LLC will make every effort, though, to fill your order in a timely manner.

RETURN FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC is limited to a manufacturer’s warranty specifications. In certain cases, we may not be able to either issue an immediate credit or warranty repair until the manufacturer gives approval. Misuse is beyond our control and may ultimately void the manufacturer’s warranty.

DAMAGES

Claims for damaged goods must be filled with the carrier immediately. In addition, Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC must be notified of the claim within 2 business days. Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC is not responsible for damages by carriers. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.

RETURNS

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC before an item is to be returned. Cagal LLC will not accept collect shipments on returns unless they have been pre-authorized. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns. Authorization for returns must be made within 45 days of receipt of the order. No returns on special orders. All defective merchandise is subject to Vendor’s inspection. All drop ship order returns are subject to the manufacturers' return and restocking terms and an additional 15% restocking fee due Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC for administrative costs.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Items ordered for a specific application and/or purpose are not returnable. A Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC Sales Representative will inform you of such an order and may ask you to fax or email/pdf written authorization to verify your acceptance of these terms.

PRICES – TERMS

PRICES

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from either Hardware Supply’s Claremont NH or Rochdale MA location. Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer if requested from the customer.

LOW ORDER FEE

There is a low order fee imposed on all orders that are under $100.00

TERMS

Merchandise and supplies are -2%/prepaid net 30 days with approved credit, contact us for application. A service charge of 1-1/2% (18% per year) will be added to accounts over 30 days. Any and all collection fees will be in addition to amounts owed to Hardware Supply - Cagal LLC. Special terms or conditions must be approved by an officer of Cagal LLC prior to your order being processed. Terms vary depending on the Vendor.

CREDIT

Standard orders shipped C.O.D. unless credit has been approved or the order has been prepaid by either a credit card*, money order or wire transfer. All first time orders over $200 must be paid by bank check or money order. *Credit cards cannot be used for extraordinarily large purchases.

TAX-EXEMPT

Completed tax exempt forms must be presented prior to, or at the time of sale. Tax refunds will not be honored after the sale has been processed. Wholesale accounts should have provided us with their resale certificate when the application was made. Contact us if you need to update your account.
